I reserve the right to refuse an order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

All drawings will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.

I might record the drawing process and post it on my YouTube.

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

If I have accepted, I will send you an invoice of the price and an "Artist Commission Agreement"

My work will not be used to train AI or be sold as an NFT/Crypto/Anything related to block-chain.

If you are requesting Fanart, it is for personal use ONLY. I am not legally responsible should you be found to be using anything you have commissioned from me for anything other than personal use

If a Non-Disclosure agreement (NDA) is required it must be stated and discussed before any commission.

The first part of the payment for the selected commission(s) is a non-refundable deposit in the event that the client has cancelled unexpectedly once the work has started.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, with a prior warning in case of emergencies.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point unless it is Fanart, at which point it is for PERSONAL USE ONLY - contact me for info.

All commissions are presumed for personal usage unless otherwise stated by the commissioner prior to the commission.

Commercial commissions will be subjected to a minimum of a 50% price increase per commission in addition to a licensing and or a royalties agreement.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

Promote myself with it everywhere

Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)

Display it everywhere to my liking

Post it wherever I want

The buyer is allowed to:

Use the commissioned piece for personal use only unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

Print the artwork Unless it is Fanart, claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.

Post the artwork on social media, use the artwork to promote themselves, use as their avatar, decorate a webpage or banner, etc so long as credit is given

Use the artwork on their YouTube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially means making money off it in any way.

Claiming the artwork as your own

Removing my signature from the artwork

Altering the artwork without my consent

I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time so long as it is not Fanart).

The final delivered will have a folder named "SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING". Please ONLY use this version for any posts, as this will be a Glazed and Nightshaded version.

Commissions are 50% upfront and 50% after the final commission is finished

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed and have sent you an "Artist Commission Agreement"

The first payment made is considered a Non-Refundable Deposit in the event of cancellation

I will contact you within 7 days of your request whether I have accepted or declined the commission.

I will not start the artwork until the "Artist Commission Agreement" is returned to me with a deposit of half the agreed price.

After receiving half the deposit and the "Artist Commission Agreement," I will contact you via Discord and sit down with you on a call while streaming the initial stage of the drawing.

Any revisions at this stage will not count unless they are far from the original commission.

7 to 14 days from the stream, I will give you a Work in Progress (WIP)

The 2 WIPs sent will usually include a watermark, be at a lower resolution, and be smaller than the finished piece.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 1 week - 3 months, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know ASAP.

Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.

I will send you 2 WIPs and allow up to 3 minor revisions. Past the 3 revisions, a fee will be added.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing, unless there is a misunderstanding from my side.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, with a prior warning in case of emergencies.

Refunds are only accepted if I have yet to finish the piece. Upon cancellation, I will charge what I have worked on.

Upon unexpected cancellation without prior notice or explanation, the first payment deposit is forfeited

If you cancel your order before I have started work on it, you will get a full refund, deposit included.

Drafts/mockups that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission, there might be fewer or more drafts). This will usually be done on a private stream with me via Discord DM.

Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work

Insight and involvement in the colour plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)

Full-resolution file (approx. 210 x 297 mm at 300 DPI) of the final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG. If another is needed, please inform me of it.

A smaller version for internet upload that is Glazed and Nightshaded.
